The reference files located in the Library section are provided as a free public service. With exception of the reference files in the Library section, the entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of the Applegate Trails Association, with copyright authorship belonging solely to the Applegate Trails Association.

The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. If you subscribe to the news on our website, you are going to receive regular emails from us. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content, and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Refunds and Replacements

No refunds will be allowed for memberships or donations to the Applegate Trails Association. Defective merchandise may be replaced or refunded, at our discretion. Requests for replacement or refund of merchandise must be emailed to us for approval. Shipping for returned items are the sole financial responsibility of the purchaser.
