Please read these terms and conditions (“terms”, “terms and conditions”) carefully before using website (the “service”) operated by the Applegate Trails Association (“us”, ‘we”, “our”).

Conditions of Use

We will provide online services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

Privacy Policy

Before you continue using our website we advise you to read our privacy policy regarding our user data collection. It will help you better understand our practices.


With the exception of content files located in the Library section of the website, content published on this website (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, logos) is the property of the Applegate Trails Association and/or its content creators and protected by international copyright laws. The reference files located in the Library section are provided as a free public service. These reference files have been obtained from publicly available websites and libraries, and are attributable to their respective copyright holders in accordance with US copyright laws, or international copyright laws, as applicable. With exception of the reference files in the Library section, the entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of the Applegate Trails Association, with copyright authorship belonging solely to the Applegate Trails Association.

The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. If you subscribe to the news on our website, you are going to receive regular emails from us. License and Site Access

We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are allowed to download Applegate Trails Association content for personal use only. Commercial use of information, logos, photographs or other content can only be granted with written consent from us, or if applicable, from the respective copyright holder. Content owned by the Applegate Trails Association that is taken from this website and published online or in written form requires written permission from us.

User Account

If you are an owner of an account on this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content, and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Refunds and Replacements

No refunds will be allowed for memberships or donations to the Applegate Trails Association. Defective merchandise may be replaced or refunded, at our discretion. Requests for replacement or refund of merchandise must be emailed to us for approval. Shipping for returned items are the sole financial responsibility of the purchaser.
