The reference files located in the Library section are provided as a free public service. These reference files have been obtained from publicly available websites and libraries, and are attributable to their respective copyright holders in accordance with US copyright laws, or international copyright laws, as applicable. With exception of the reference files in the Library section, the entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of the Applegate Trails Association, with copyright authorship belonging solely to the Applegate Trails Association.

Communications
The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. Refunds and Replacements
No refunds will be allowed for memberships or donations to the Applegate Trails Association. Defective merchandise may be replaced or refunded, at our discretion. Requests for replacement or refund of merchandise must be emailed to us for approval. Shipping for returned items are the sole financial responsibility of the purchaser.
